Back to basics. Now popular with skaters, basketball players, and the fashionable alike, the first ever production of the Nike Dunk shoe was in 1985. Before the Nike Air Jordan I, the Nike Dunk, which later influenced the Jordan I, was the team basketball shoe of choice. It was available in high and low versions in a variety of team colorways to match an uniform, and it came with a matching box and two sets of different color laces. The original Dunk is a highly sought-after collectors item and due to consumer demand, the Nike Dunk line was reissued in 1998 and numerous colorways have been made available on a regular basis since then. Nike released the skate Dunk in 1999 featuring a padded tongue and ankle collar. In 2002, they collaborated withe the Supreme Skate brand to produce the Supreme Dunks, and in 2004, Nike released the new, never-before-seen Nike Dunk Mid. Other special and limited editions include holiday models for Valentine's Day and Christmas, Laser Dunks that feature laser-engraved artwork, Harris Tweed Dunks with famous British tweed fabric, and The Inside Out Dunks. Technologically, the Nike Dunk line of shoes has the most basic of technologies, but its simplicity and wide variety of colors leaves this line of 80’s retro basketball shoes compatible with many styles and make them perfect for casual wear.

Nike Dunk High Premium "Back to School Pack". Notebook Edition. Also known as "Nikebook" white/black/university blue. Nike Dunk SB, Nike's most popular skateboarding shoe, has all the high quality design features that Nike offers. Nike Dunk SB’s have been available for over many years now, and come in over 65 different color variations and styles now. Since the Dunk's evolution into a skateboarding shoe, the letters `SB` have been added to signify their link to Skateboarding. It’s apprehensive at first about Nike skate shoes, people like the way they've gone about it. Instead of making cheap crap skateboarding shoes and trying to undercut the skate shoe market, Nike has taken the high road. Nike Dunks have their own unique style, and while some of their shoes look like a pack of crayons left on a stove burner, some of them look pretty cool. And all of them are well made. Whatever you take on Nike being in the skate market, it is nice that they actually took the time to make skateboarding shoes that work well. Like everything with skateboarding, you should do what you want, and express yourself. If you like the look and feel of Nike Dunk SB’s, then go for them. People like the strong response and board feel that Nike Dunk SB’s give, and some of the colors are sick. It's also nice to have a pair of skate shoes that can double for other sports - most large puffy skate shoes don't work that well for other sports. And, to top all of this off, the Nike skate team is very strong with guys like X Games gold medalist Paul Rodriguez. Not many skate shoes last for three years on the market, but Nike Dunk Pro SB’s are still going strong.

Most remember using a composition notebook at one time or another in school. This black and white notebook was one of the featured components found in Nike’s, 2007 “Back to School Pack” which also consisted of the Elmer’s Glue Air Max 90 and Crayola Vandal High. Found on the Premium Nike Notebook Dunk High is the cover of the composition book at the heel and front, lined paper on the midsection and a matching black and white color scheme. Nike continues this theme with a doodling of school on the tongue as if someone in Elementary school did it. Though the Notebook Nike Dunk High was released only a few years ago, it can still be found online.
