Nike Dunk Low Pro Sb Denim

The Nike Dunk Low Pro SB – Denim Reese Forbes (denim / denim) was released in 2002, and only 444 pairs were produced. It features colors by Reese Forbes and art work by Natas Kaupas. They feature a blue denim upper with a lighter denim on the quarter panels, toebox, and ankle area. The red trim on the sole is a very nice touch, as it catches your eye amongst the white midsole. The shoe also features beige contrast stitching throughout the upper. Due to the small number that was produced, these are extremely rare and are highly sought after by Nike SB fanatics.

Wrapping up Nike SB’s historic launch year, Reese Forbes collaborated with Nike for the second time. With the help of fellow skater Natas Kaupas, the two created one of the rarest and most expensive SB’s to date: the Denim Dunk. The sneaker is made of light and dark pieces of denim, while the midsole is white and the outsole is red. Near the stitching, the pieces of Denim are frayed giving the sneaker a little more flavor. The sneaker was limited to only 444 pairs worldwide.

As we stated before, Nike SB was born in 2002. They introduced their 1st footwear line up which was made up fof the classic Nike Dunk. The Nike Dunk made it's debut in 1985-1986 coming in all leather. The simple silhouette is easy to work with, and the designs are endless when talking about the Dunk. With that said, Nike SB put out several SB Dunks in 2002. In 2002 Nike SB released a total of 15 pairs of SB Dunks, 13 Lows and 2 Hi's. They also did a collabo in 2002 with New York's heavy hitter skate shop Supreme. A few skaters were given the opportunity to pick colors for the 1st round of Dunk SB's. Danny Supa, Gino Iannuci and Reese Forbes were just a few of the blessed skaters that were responsible for some of the colorways.

Many sneakerheads and sneaker connoisseurs will both agree that Nike SB has released some of the best sneakers in 2002 to date. Nike SB makes other shoes besides the Dunk SB, but the Dunk SB is the most sought after shoe in their entire line up.
